Thursday, August 31, 2006,8:59 PMtoday..teachers' day celebrations at hwachong was really wow! really interesting! x) the theme was "starstruck".
the new teachers put up a great performance..skit cum musical which sent the whole audi shrieking with laughter! it really spiced up the whole event! super funny see all of them clad in hc uniform and most of them actually look like students! ky and i kept observing kan cheongg..lOl. he looked super toot. nerdy. pants super high. hahaah. oops. i dun mean to be mean.
too bad i didnt record the whole skit. it was a really memorable one! think the teacher put in great effort in setting up such a wonderful skit for us. we reallly appreciate it! thank you!
hahah. ohh..then we also heard singing from the members of ge fang. all of them sang really well!! in additional..cheeyang sang as well! hahah. first time hearing him sing in real life! i think he sang rather welll!!
hm. we were dismissed at around 10.30am. yueqi and i bought sunflowers ( 2 each) and we headed back to crescent. met shaojian on the 171 bus and tgt we crapped all the way back to crez.
the school was still quite empty when we arrived. everyone was still in the hall. we headed there as well. went up the gallery where we saw the performances. i think the performance in hc is much nicer!
muahha. my juniors chee shan and clarice were there too and we talked for awhile... both of them are doing really well! ahah. triple sci k! im so proud of them..=)) heard tt the SYF piece for horn has lots of parts with horn as the melody and high notes..jiayou!!! do us proud!
then..weiling came! she joined me at the gallery. x))
after the whole thing has ended...i went down to look for my friends. saw many of them! saw PIPI ( peiqi) first..haha.. her specs is really funky! then saw jie si , zhixin, yixin, vithya, wanteng, jayashri (ohh. robert...rmb jayashri? she told me she is ur pri sch fren! what a small small world. ) so fun to see so many familiar faces agaiN!!

oh man! realised tt i really missed them! didnt really have time to catch up with all of them..after taking photos...we saw more ppl we know! sue ann, liuqiong and aline! whaha.
aline tried to take a photo but she accidentally dropped lq's cam!! OH Man. she just bought the cam. loh! the camera hit the floor with a looud thud. the lens of the camera was misaligned and it was no longer functionable. poor lq~! =( on our way to the mini forum, we met dinie and azura!! ahhahaa. dinie( my firefly!) looks so cute and azura looks mature but pretty! x) jeslin, jerilyn, zhixin( t) , jessica and a few others were at the mini forum. jerilyn called me " boxerting" ! oh man..i miss hearing tt nameee...

i left after awhile as a i was supposed to meet my nch friends to go back to nanchiau primary for a visit. havent been there since pri 5!

met tienaik at sengkang for lunch first and soon, the other joined us. those who went included..nigel, edwin, tienaik,tin wee, wernliang, qilu, kaiboon and his sis. wanted sheau fong to come but she had OP workshop =(( so long nv see all of them le...all of them look really diff!
many of our teachers looked really different. actually, only about 4 tchers we know are still teaching in the school. many have since retired =((
ahhhh. miss tang doesnt rmb me. think ive changed too much since pri sch. not fair! almost all the tchers rmb-ed nigel. hahaha. but i think the tchers appreciated it when we went back to visit. they said tt pupils at the old campus are much nicer and well behaved.

today was RANDOM day.
we were supposed to exchange bags with our classmates for the day. chankeet and i had agreed beforehand to exchange our bags. we wanted to bring toot bags for each other. just for that occasion, i brought a super auntie bag along..hoping to make him look gay. MUAah!

as ive already promised him earlier on, i had no choice but t exchange my bag with him . wthh. think i invited quite a no. of stares as i walked from class to class. fortunately there was no lecture today!

anw. they refused to return me my bag and wanted me to carry tt spastic looking bag home. it was only after simon( thankss!!) told me tt ck actually brought another bag along besides his yellow bag ( not even his! it was chris's) when i realised i was tricked! AHH.. stupidddd...

but nvm. it had been quite a funny experience!! relieved childhood memories..lalala.
hAd glucose run today too! its some run for charity. hahaa.. ran 8 rounds around the track. ( hm. i mean..ran 4 rounds..walked 4 rounds) whHAa..it supposedly would help us win movie tickets! x)
terry was realllllllly fast. like some paper. he ran a continuous of 18 rounds without stopping! pro right! soph was reallly pro too! she kept running and running and running. i think i wont be able t stand it.

hahaa..the next day was simon's birthday. chankeet was DAMN LAME. he actually hacked into simon's phone and changed my no. to his name and his no. to my name. in the sense tt when i sms simon, simon will think its chankeet. Zzz.

Later, he realised that he had overcharged them, but could not figure out how to divide $5 refund among the three engineers. So he pocketed $2 and return one dollar to each of the engineers. In the end, the engineers ended up paying $14 each, or $42 in total. What happened to the last dollar. hahaaa. it was kinda amusing. my sis, my mum and i kept trying to figure it out and even made fake money and acted out the situation. kinda mind baffling. LOL. THE CoNCLUSION THE method i proposed that time was apparently wrong. hahah. Liang Mong actually solved it! he saw my post and actually sms-ed to explain the whole situation to me. whaha. cleverrr. x) so here goes... that's what he said.. " the initial value is only to misguide you. they paid 15 X 3. Each got refunded 1. So they paid 42 in total. And out of this 42, 2 is taken by the clerk. While the rest is for the room. they tried to trick you by talking about 42+2. actually, the 2 dollars is taken from the sum of 42. " 42 ( paid by the 3 person)- 2 ( from clerk) = 40 ( for room) TADAAA!! mystery solved! yay! thank you Liang Mong! =)))))) | ||||||||
