Saturday, January 28, 2006,6:44 PMNext, there was the CNY celebrations. It was ok. I like the performance put up by the malay cultural society best. It was the most interesting one and I think it woke the whole sch up.
However, i still feel that the CNY atmosphere is not there. I prefer the celebrations we had back in Crescent.
I went back t crescent with zhixin and evon afterthat. However, we were too late and missed the performance.. Heard tt it was rather boring anw..so nvm. Hahah..the performance this yr was organised by kuan lao shi too.
I ate hongkong mee. took a few pics with yippie and went home.
I met callista at habourfront to eat subway at arnd 2.30pm. She brought 3 of her friends along. They were all very nice and friendly ppl. There were gowri, stella and amanda. Gowri is from Acs international while stella and amanda is in CJC now.
Callista and I went to order subway. But i must say we made a fool of ourselves. We didnt noe how to order... jeslin told me tt juz by saying 'cold cut trio' you will get a nice set meal. the term sounded weird but nevertheless, i tried and said cold cut trio to the person. Fortunately, he understood! mUaHHAHA. but then, he said it was out of stock!! we didnt noe what to do cos i only noe one term.
in the end, we ordered what he suggested. the person then asked 6/12 inches of bread. we didnt noe!
in conclusion, we ordered the food but aft much embarrassment.
the channel 8 tv show love conceirge ended today. i must say the show is veryyy nice!! and very swt. i h ope more of such shows will be casted.
YEA. TOMORROW IS CHINESE NEW YEAR! fooodfooodfOOD!
